Soroptimist International of Windsor supports the Windsor Gateway 4H Home Economics Program. Gateway 4H was presented with a check for $500.

 

THE VIOLET RICHARDSON AWARD PROGRAM: Kirsten Craig and Sophia Cody were our 2010-2011 Violet Richardson Award Recipients.

 

THE WOMEN’S OPPORTUNITY AWARD: Maranda Maybee  was this year’s recipient of Windsor’s Women’s Opportunity Award.  She also won the award at district level.

Soroptimist International of Windsor held their Annual Awards Presentation on May 10, 2010 at the Hampton Inn.

Soroptimist International of Windsor support the “Worth Our Weight” organization and Evelyn Cheatham its founder and leader. Evelyn was presented  a check for $500

Soroptimist International of Windsor support the Windsor Gateway 4H Home Economics Program and its leader Christy Delucchi. Gateway 4H was presented with a check for $500.

THE VIOLET RICHARDSON AWARD PROGRAM: Hannah Cooper is our 2009-2010 Violet Richardson Award Recipient.

THE WOMEN’S OPPORTUNITY AWARD: Denise Carroll is 1^st place recipient and Leah Archer is receiving honorable mention as a runner up.

April 29^th:  Food and Wine Pairing co-hosted by Soroptimist and Wine Shop at Home.  7:00-9:00 p.m.

March, 2010 Events-

March 4^th:  Book Exchange at Vine Tastings on the Town Green.  

March 18^th:  Bunco Night!  This year held at the Windsor Boys and Girls Club.  $25 includes drinks, appetizers and prizes.  Raffle tickets available for many fantastic prizes!  6:00-10:00 p.m.
